Can you courier or freight items to me?
Yes! We are based in Tauranga, however through courier and transport networks (third-party), we are able to get almost all items, almost anywhere in New Zealand. Additional charges of course apply.
Courier Information
Most of our smaller items can be couriered nationwide. All bookings requiring courier will also be supplied a return courier ticket for return to base after hire. Instructions for return are given, all original packaging must be kept and items returned in the same condition.
*Additional charges for courier do apply.
*Time of hire may be required to be extended to allow for travel time of items couriered.

​Larger items can be freighted nationwide!
We freight our items depot-to-depot nationwide. Once goods are loaded onto the truck, you are emailed all required documentation for collection & return to/from your nearest Fliway depot. Freight costs apply & are additional to hire charges.

Door-to-door delivery services are available and are subject to individual depot route runs, dates, times and prices vary.

What happens if items are damaged in transit?

All items are tested for working condition and photographed before being sent.

If an item arrives and the packaging or item looks to be damaged - do not accept delivery. If packaging appears damaged but contents is unknown, you can choose to accept 'Subject to Inspection' - please ensure a note is made with the delivery personnel to the same effect.

In the first instance, please inform us directly as soon as an item has arrived damaged, including evidence.

Ensure deliverer and delivering Company is informed.

Document and take photographs of damage/evidence.

Await further instruction from us.

​If all above steps are taken, your bond is likely to be unaffected. If steps are not taken for the liability of damage to be proven to be poor packing, or carelessness of the deliverer, then we cannot guarantee that damage has not occurred whilst under hire with you and therefore the Terms & Conditions of Hire, including for payment in full for repair/replacement will stand. ​​
